VCCI certification process
1. The manufacturer or agent makes an oral or written preliminary application;
2. The applicant fills in the application form and submits the application form, product instruction manual and technical documents (if necessary, the applicant company is required to provide a prototype);
3. The certification company draws up a plan and quotes it;
4. The applicant confirms the quotation, signs the quotation back, and sends the samples and related technical documents to the certification company;
5. The applicant provides technical documents;
6. The certification company issues a fee notice to the applicant, and the applicant requires the prepayment of the certification fee according to the fee notice;
7. The certification company reviews the technical documents and organizes related certification activities;
8. If the technical documents are incomplete or the required language is not used, the certification company will notify the applicant to improve;
9. If the test fails, the certification company will notify the applicant in time and decide whether to suspend the project according to the situation, allowing the applicant to improve the product. The applicant shall make changes to the technical information in the original application in order to reflect the actual situation after the change;
10. For the rectification fees involved in Articles 9 and 10, the certification company will issue a supplementary fee notice to the applicant;
11. The applicant shall pay the rectification fee according to the supplementary fee notification;
12. The certification company provides the applicant with a test report or technical document and a VCCI compliance certificate.
VCCI certification notice
1. Manufacturers should first apply for membership of VCCI before they can use the VCCI logo.
2. Manufacturers can become members of the organization as long as they pay membership fees and annual membership fees. That is, after receiving the product test report, the customer must go to VCCI to pay the membership and membership fees before using the VCCI label. 3. Products that pass the VCCI standard will allow the correct VCCI label to be affixed to the product. The A-level label of the product must indicate that the product complies with the RF radiation provisions. Conversely, the B-level product only needs to display the basic VCCI logo symbol.
